Refund and cancelled Policy

Bhim Uday Educationa Foundation(Paramedical & Veterinary Programs)

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and fee adjustments may be processed for students or applicants of Bhim Uday Educational Foundtion.

1. Application Fee

. The application or registrarion fee paid during the admission process is non-refundable under normal circustances.

. This fee cover administrative and processing costs.

2. Admission Cancellation

Students who wish cancel their admission must submit a written requests or email to the foundation administratin.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as follows;

Time of cancellation Refund Amount

Within 7 days of admission 80% refund of course fee

Within 15 days of admission 50% refund of course fee

After 15 days of admission No refund

Note: Registration and administrative fees are not refundable.

3. Course Withdrawal by Student

If a students withdraws from a course after the course has started:

. No refund will be provided once classes, training, or acadmic sessions have commenced.

. And outstanding fees must still be paid if applicable.

4. Course Cancellation by the Foundation

If Bhim Uday Educational Foundation cancels a course due to unaviodable circumstances such as:

. Insufficient enrollment

. Administrative reasons

. Regulatory issues

Students will receive either:

. Full refund of the course fee, or

. Option to transfer to another course or batch

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made using the same pament method used during registration whenever possible.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refuns will not be granted in the following cases:

. Failure to attend classes or training sesions

. Violation of institutional rules or misconduct

. Submission of false documents during admission

. Expulsion due to disciplinary action

7. Examination and Certification Fees

Fees related to:

. Examinations

. Certification

. Practical training

are non-refundable once the examination process has started.
